There are three sizes:

3 m x 3 m are $23.00 per week including G.S.T.

3 metre x 3 metre. About as big as small bedroom or half a single garage. Should hold a small one-bed house or apartment.

6 m x 3 m are $42.00 per week including G.S.T.

6 metre x 3 metre. About as big as a single garage. Should hold a 3-4 bedroom house.

9 m x 3 m are $66.00 per week including G.S.T.

Located at Trevan’s Road only. 

There are discounts for long term tenants who pay more than 15 weeks in advance.
